Featuring the latest 4th generation Intel Core i-series processors, our Apache Pro laptops offer superior performance over previous generations. CPU performance has increased by 3-7%, while the overall platform is more than 15% more powerful.

The 2D and 3D graphics performance is even more noteworthy, with an average increase of over 30%. There have also been significant advances in user experience and battery life compared to previous models. In addition, the machines employ a more advanced encryption program to help businesses enhance information security and to protect BIOS/firmware from attacks by malware.

High-end NVIDIA GT 740M discrete graphics card

The machines are equipped with NVIDIA’s GeForce GT740M GPUs which give gaming an adrenaline shot with premium performance and great quality images thanks to the latest visual effects. Using DirectX 11 technology, tessellation routines are able to dynamically increase on-screen triangles and textures to make images much more detailed. You don’t have to play games on these laptops, but if you do, you won’t be disappointed!

Solid State Hybrid Drive (SSD+HDD)

The Apache Pro is equipped by default with a 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive which functions primarily with its integral SSD system, offering a reliable, shock-absorbent and speedy operating environment. For even better performance you can upgrade the drive to a fully solid state version, or if you prefer large capacity, we offer a 2TB hard drive.

Exclusive Cooler Boost technology

“Cooler Boost Technology” provides powerful cooling design by boosting the airflow, maintaining the laptop and chipsets at a 5% to 10% lower temperatures. Under normal circumstances the machine operates very quietly but should its workload increase significantly, the cooler boost always keeps the laptop cool.

Matrix display expands vision possibilities

Matrix display features two external displays, allowing you to output to two displays simultaneously using HDMI and VGA ports. A total of three monitors, including the laptop’s own display, can be used at the same time.

Exclusive “Audio Boost” provides a clearer sound and detailed fidelity for external headsets and speakers. The gold flash audio jack provides stable sound transmission (reduced obstruction) and works in conjunction with the optimised headsets AMP (Audio Power Amplifier) design, characterised by low noise and low distortion to greatly enhance headphone performance and faithfully reproduce each acoustic detail.

Supports HDMI 1.4

The new HDMI 1.4 Ethernet Channel integrates Internet-enabled HDMI equipment, allowing you to connect to the Internet without other cables. There’s no need to add cables if you want to add an audio channel as you can just use the HDMI cable to transmit audio streams to A/V receivers. This supports extreme HD for a better, more true-to-life, natural picture.

The latest Bluetooth 4.0 technology

The major improvement of Bluetooth 4.0 over 3.0 is that devices transfer much more data, using less power. Devices can also connect and begin transferring data in as little as 3 milliseconds. It also effectively transfers data within a greatly expanded range (over 100 metres) and uses the AES-128 CCM authenticated encryption algorithm, ensuring better security.

Wide LED non-glare display

The Apache Pro boasts a high-end LED backlit screen which has undergone atomisation treatment to remove unwanted glare to make reading easier and less tiring on the eyes. Distracting headache-inducing reflections are a thing of the past.

Clean Build™ Promise

The price of many pre-built PCs these days is often supported by cash kickbacks from software companies who pay hardware manufacturers to pre-install limited or trial versions of their software and then hope that the customer pays to upgrade to the full version. The downside to this approach is that the new PC comes pre-loaded with a lot of “junkware” which bloats the operating system and can cause severe performance degradation.

Here at Quiet PC we believe that customers have every right to expect the best possible performance from a brand new PC, so every system we build comes with our Clean Build™ promise. We install the operating system (if you order one), hardware drivers, OS updates and that’s it. You won’t be pestered by pop-ups and nag screens and you can get on with using your new PC immediately without having to uninstall lots of junkware first. Your new machine will boot in super-quick time and will stay running quickly for many months and years to come.

Free hardware support and fully inclusive warranty

We offer free hardware technical support for as long as you own the machine. This support covers any hardware query or problem, including advice on maintenance and upgrades. We regret we can’t offer software support or training so we would recommend contacting the software vendor in this instance.

Our hardware warranty runs for two years and is offered on a “collect and return” basis, meaning that you don’t need to worry about getting the machine back to us - we will instruct our courier to collect it from you on a day of your choosing, then after we have checked and repaired it we will send it back to you by express courier at our expense. In addition, unlike many other PC suppliers, we have an “open-case” policy which means you are free to open the machine and perform your own minor upgrades (e.g. memory or HDD) without worrying that your warranty might be affected.
