Zalman’s Z5 range of Mid-ATX cases represent excellent value for money that boast many features you’d expect to find on a more expensive case.

The Z5 cases from Zalman allow for a total of up to five 120mm fans to be installed which would provide ample cooling for any required hardware. The Z5 is supplied with two 120mm fans, one LED at the front and one black fan at the rear. The Z5-Plus has the same as the Z5 but an extra 120mm LED fan at the top of the case.

Product differences

The Z5 has the following features - possible to install up to five 120mm fans (two supplied, one LED), bottom PSU installation, aerodynamically designed front and top vents, black coating interior, 2x USB2.0, headphone and microphone ports, solid side panel, tray for holding smartphone or HDD, holes for liquid cooling, dust filter on bottom of the case, accommodates graphics cards up to 330mm in length, tool-free HDD installation, 3-in-1 tray for HDD/SSDs and motherboard tray cutout.

The Z5 Plus offers everything mentioned above as well as the following - supplied with three 120mm fans (two LED), 1x USB3.0 port, high/low fan speed controller and a windowed side panel.
