Thermalright SI-97A, AMD Heatpipe Heatsink
Over time, the Thermalright SI-97 has won many awards from hardcore gamers and enthusiasts who owned a AMD K7 system! But what Thermalright neglected was customers who owned a AMD K8 systems, until now.
Thermalright took all the great features and benefits from the SI-97 and redesigned the heat sink base so that now it is compatible with AMD K8 systems, while still remaining compatible with AMD K7 systems.
Compatibility
The cooler is compatible with AMD motherboards only. Sockets A, 462, 754 939 and 940 are all supported. It is recommended that you look at the Thermalright website for further information. AM2 compatibility is available, but a separate retention module is required, click here to find out more.
